Equipment working when I arrived I noticed the filter was dirty, equipment need maintenance, I recommend replacing filters, cleaning evaporator coil, and cleaning flame sensor. Customer said the furnace malfunctions when they have a power surge. There is an intermittent issue, It has a variable speed blower, customer will speak with her husband to exactly what he wants to do and give us a call she also said her husband can possibly do the cleaning as well

Estimate is to install new 3phase 3 ton amana ac unit with a 3 ton upflow coil. System includes all equipment,material, and labor to complete the job. System comes with 10 year parts warranty and 1 year labor warranty

Customer had roofers out to look at possible roof leak. They said they think it’s coming from hvac. Where the leak is happening is 5 feet from our plenum drops. System has flex coming off and no bare metal showing. Right above where the leak is coming in from is the gas pipe to the hvac unit in which roofers set a boot and seal. We believe this is where the water is coming from. Customer stated that he only notices it when it’s a heavy rain

Customer was heating water run between the walls and that is due to the hvac drain ran in between the walls to a main drain pipe. Customer does not like the sound and is asked by customers if his plumbing is working. To fix this issues, we would need to run drains to the outdoors and seal off the main drain line in the wall. Customer says in the winter that he starts to smell sewar gas and this can be due to the ptrap drying out .

Ac repair. Found system not working due to bad capacitor. Replaced 45/5 and cycled system to find fan motor off on thermal overload. Cooled fan down with water and cycled system again. System is operating properly with a 15 degree superheat

Woodford faucet leaking at 633 suite 140. Woodford model 65. Rebuilt faucet with proper Woodford RK-65. Checked for proper operation. Everything in working order with no leaking.

Plumbing Repair - Cut 4” dryer pipe down added a 4” collar…and 4” elbow to make connection between roof vent and dryer pipe. Applied mastic and tape to seal.
