The guys who came and performed our service were very friendly and helpful. Josh explained what he was doing and suggested tips for us to keep the service lasting a long time. They also were courteous and called for confirmation the day before and then about 30 mins before arriving the day of. We will definitely use Direct Air again for our maintenance needs!

Provided plumbing repair for a residential customer whose toilet was leaking. Found that the flange for the cast iron pipe needed to be replaced. Provided the replacement and reset toilet. The toilet is no longer leaking.

Thermostat is getting power but not coming on. Customer is going get new thermostat.

AC Repair - Circuit board is not passing power to inducer motor and needs to be replaced. Plumbing Repair - Toilet rebuild due to it leaking. Install customer provided faucet. Replaced circuit board and cycled system in both ac and heat. System working properly. Replaced inside toilet and toilet is no longer leaking. Replace customer provided kitchen faucet

Leak on gas line riser to house. 1” gas line. Will cut below leak on riser and replace with new gas pipe to elbow coming off of the house.
