Package unit near North east side of the building has no power at disconnect I reset breakers near the back door near package unit after resetting breakers there is still no power the customers will need to contact an electrician to restore power after power is restored and if they are experiencing air conditioner issues i recommend customers call us back..also collected check for remaining balance for the recent install..check number 1464

Primary drain line backed up existing drain lines in attic are all clogged and should be replaced and or have condensate pumps install on equipment above kitchen as well, as condensate pump next to our new system… a total of three condensate pumps total will be 907.92 this will resolve most of the water issues above the ceiling which will stop the damage to tile ceiling as well as possible biological growth from all the water …the equipment above kitchen has similar issue we did not install or even service this system but we can install one of the pumps mentioned on this one which wil stop all the water damage as well..we will speak with Maria once we get authorization for repairs the office will schedule a time to come back and install.l. Filters are dirty, I recommend regular maintenance agreement also noticed melted wire on compressor it will need wire repair, compressor was not working when I arrived but hot to the touch..compressor fla is 18, actual amps 27…. Compressor have high amps condenser coil is dirty and need to be cleaned to bring amps down…customer has bad compressor it is also r22 tomorrow I will give estimate to replace compressor will also give price to upgrade equipment it uses r22 refrigerant this refrigerant is phased out by EPA.
