Customer has a 3 ton up flow a/c split system, with a gas furnace. The gas line has been removed as well as there is no gas meter ..she was considering converting to a electric air handler, I took pictures of circuit breaker there do not appear to be any room to add an additional two circuits necessary for a electric air handler. She will need to get an electrician to run wiring to furnace closet where air handler will be installed I will leave a estimate for a 3 ton upflow air handler with heat strip kit with a 3 ton heat pump. The existing equipment is r22 and in order to install electric air handler the condenser must be replaced as well because this equipment contain r22 refrigerant which is an older refrigerant that the EPA has phased out and the new air handler use the newer refrigerant 410A. We will dispose of old equipment, install new equipment , attach to existing ductwork, we will need a pad for the condenser as well as pump ups for heat pump..Mrs Jackson is the tenant the o
