Went out to a residential home to provide an indoor air quality assessment. The customer had recently bought the home and wanted to check their air quality. Upon completion of the assessment, I talked through the findings with the customer and recommended a few different options. The customer decided to have their ducts cleaned and to install an air purifier. We scheduled a time for this next appointment before I departed.

Performed A/C tune up, I could not locate return registers .. there was two different add on’s done to home the garage was converted to a room and another add on to the home was done towards the back of the home which added approximately 700 sq feet to home ..they are still using the original air conditioner that was only designed for the home in its original design…in order for the enitre home including the add on to be heated and cooled properly equipment need to upgraded p, also more ductwork must be ran both return and supply until then the home will not cool properly. Replaced (1)16x25x1 pleated filter. Also I noticed evaporator is dirty to clean will cost 207.19 .equipment is low on refrigerant it will need two lbs of 410A it will cost 280 to add refrigerant to find refrigerant leak it will cost 105, also the condenser coil is deteriorating and should be replaced for maximum efficiency this normally happen when animals urinate on the coil for a long period of time..
