Not only did they come out on a holiday weekend (on Sunday no less), but they got the call, arrived onsite, and were finished repairing my AC unit within 45 minutes total. Wish there were 10 stars! 2 technicians arrived promptly, listened to my explanation about needing new thermostat wire (diagnosed by another company in 2 visits).
Direet Air guys set about with their own diagnosis and the problrm didn't involve thermostat wire at all but was a control wire!
In short order they went into the crawl space, removed old wiring and ran all new wiring to the condensor.
They even swept up after themselves!
Very professional gentlemen.
And this company is extremely affordable-. A friend who has an HVAC business in New Jersey had given me an idea what a new thermostat wire should run and Direct Air LLC was spot on with what I paid This will be my heating and AC company from now on.
